Dollar General has expanded their partnership with One Network to update Dollar General’s appointment scheduling process.

Starting in July, One Network will automatically reserve an inbound appointment shortly after order creation.  We believe this will be a win/win situation for both DG and the supplier/carrier community.

This new capability will:

  • Provide better access to appointment availability that most closely aligns to the desired delivery date.
  • Reduce the time spent scheduling & rescheduling appointments.
  • Improve visibility and accuracy of appointment details.

This change will have you confirm the appointment in One Network (or choose an available appointment that meets your ability to deliver).

Additionally, Dollar General is encouraging you to send Telematics location data to help calculate actual ETA and reschedule as needed. Please visit our Integration page to learn more.
